We get this question often, and we completely understand why it’s asked! However, we don’t offer neighbor or same-area discounts, and here’s why — it comes down to time, resources, and the level of care we provide for every pet.


Each mobile grooming appointment is a private, one-on-one session that’s carefully scheduled to give your pet our full attention from start to finish. Even if we’re nearby, every grooming visit still requires:


  • Fresh, clean water
    Our van carries a limited supply of water that’s used for bathing and cleaning equipment between each appointment. Depending on your pet’s size and coat, we may not always have enough water for additional pets beyond what was scheduled.
     
  • Sanitizing & setup time
    We fully clean and sanitize our equipment and workspace between each groom to maintain safety and hygiene standards — this takes both time and resources.
     
  • Tight scheduling
    We often have multiple appointments in different areas each day. Adding an extra appointment, even nearby, can affect the timing for other clients who’ve already booked in advance.
     
  • Consistent quality for every client
    Our pricing reflects the premium level of care, convenience, and expertise that every pet receives — no shortcuts, no compromises.

Payment is due at the time of service.


Because Lavish Paws Mobile Spa provides one-on-one, personalized appointments, your time slot is reserved exclusively for your pet. We kindly ask that you respect our scheduling by giving advance notice if you need to make changes.


  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24–48 hours’ notice.
    This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client on our waiting list.
     
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
    When an appointment is missed without notice, it affects our schedule and prevents another pet from receiving care.
     
  • If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
    We’ll do our best to adjust, but delays longer than 15 minutes may require rescheduling to keep the day on track.
     

We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to work with you when unexpected situations arise. Communication is key — and we truly appreciate clients who value and respect our time and dedication as much as we value theirs.
